Action. The practitioner starts recording in an empty consultation.
Result. An initial clinical report is then generated.
Choose the SOAP template
Action. They select the SOAP template.
Result. The clinical report follows the selected template.
Review and clarify
Action. They add “Selon Jean” (“According to Jean”), then read through the saved note.
Result. The clarification is included in the clinical report, whose content can be checked.
Prepare a letter
Action. They search for and select a letter template, then start generating it.
Result. The letter is prepared from the consultation.
Download the PDF
Action. They request a download of the document.
Result. The download confirmation appears: the document is available as a PDF.
