The declaration is annual and includes a sworn statement from the practitioner. Supporting documents must be retained in case of an audit. For the 2026 financial year, the declaration period is scheduled from 11 January to 1 March 2027.

You prepare the session from the patient record. The patient signs in and joins the room after you admit them. You can then access their documents, programme and feedback in the authorised areas.
Two adult participants, one room per practitioner and a maximum of 120 minutes. No audio or video recording within this scope. The practitioner assesses whether remote care is appropriate for the situation.
