Start with information actually gathered

The quality of preparation depends first on the quality of the starting information.

Notes

You enter the facts, observations and goals relevant to the session.

Recording

In practice, you can record the conversation after informing the patient and obtaining their consent. Video calls are not recorded. Processing arrangements are described in the patient information notice.

Record

History, documents, progress assessments and feedback provide context for your preparation.

A six-step workflow

The document prepares the next steps in care.

  1. Prepare the session

Open the patient record from the calendar and review the relevant information.

  2. Collect

Gather your consultation notes. In practice, an authorised recording can also provide a starting point. For video consultations, use your notes or dictate your summary after the call.

  3. Choose the template

Prepare an assessment, clinical report, summary, patient message or letter to the doctor.

  4. Review and adjust

Check facts, consistency, omissions and wording before use.

  5. Personalise the programme

Request exercise suggestions from the clinical report, or start with the library and your programmes. Choose the instructions and schedule.

  6. Check patient feedback

The patient uses Théra. Their feedback and questionnaire responses help you prepare the next session.

Everyone’s role

An organisation and preparation tool that supports your work.

Manu prepares

It organises and rephrases information and offers documents or suggestions for review.

They carry out the assessment, choose the goals and adapt the documents and programme.

The patient participates

They access their instructions, follow the programme and submit feedback in Théra.

Points to check

These checks support the document and continuity of care.

Before using the document

  • The correct patient, session and recipient.
  • Accurate facts, chronology and measurements.
  • Missing information or uncertain wording.
  • The appropriate level of detail and selected version.

Before sharing the programme

  • The suitability of each exercise for the patient.
  • Dosage, schedule and instructions.
  • Fit with the patient’s goals and constraints.
  • Points to revisit at the next session.

What demonstrations and studies allow us to conclude

A product demonstration and a research finding answer different questions.

Manu demonstrations

They show real workflows in the application using fictional data. They do not measure individual time savings.

External research

The figures presented describe the populations, tools and protocols of the cited studies. They do not constitute clinical validation of Manu.

Clinical decision-making

Suggested text or a programme may be incomplete or unsuitable. It does not replace the practitioner’s interview, examination or reasoning.

Your questions

A few points before you try it.

What information does Manu use to prepare a document?

The practitioner starts with notes, relevant information from the patient record or an in-practice recording made with the patient’s consent. Video calls are not recorded; notes or dictation after the call can provide a starting point. The facts are then checked and supplemented with the information actually gathered.

What does the practitioner do after generation?

They review the document, correct wording and any errors, check the facts and choose the version to use or share.

Are exercise suggestions a clinical decision?

No. They are a starting point to adapt. The practitioner chooses exercises, instructions, dosage and schedule according to their assessment and the patient’s goals.

Do the studies shown prove an individual outcome with Manu?

No. They describe results for the tools and protocols studied. Manu demonstrations show a product workflow; your experience and outcomes depend on your circumstances.
