Do I have to record my sessions?
No. You can enter notes during in-person or video consultations. Recording is optional in practice, with the patient’s consent; video calls are not recorded. Manu prepares a draft for you to review, correct and approve.

You can then choose to continue with the Solo subscription at €39 incl. VAT per month. There is no commitment and you can cancel at any time.

Yes. You can start with Manu’s libraries, adapt the content, add your own exercises and edit documents before approving them.

Patients can access their programme, schedule, instructions and questionnaires. They can report what they have completed, difficulty, pain and comments.

View our security commitmentsCan I receive the FAMI allowance with Manu?
Video consultations have been included in active Manu subscriptions since 20 October 2026. Manu’s FAMI eligibility remains to be confirmed contractually and under the applicable regulations.
For self-employed physiotherapists contracted with French national health insurance, FAMI provides €350 for a complete solution for secure video transmission and information exchange, including a paid telehealth subscription. This allowance is independent of the criteria for the basic allowance.
The annual declaration is made on amelipro, with a sworn statement and supporting documents to retain. For the 2026 financial year, the declaration period is scheduled from 11 January to 1 March 2027.
The allowance is paid to the practitioner by French national health insurance, subject to conditions; it is not deducted from the price of the Manu subscription.
