This workflow, filmed in Manu on a computer, uses Jean Dudemo's fictional record.

  1. Choose a programme. In the exercise library, the practitioner searches for “Dos” (Back) and uses the “Dos — mobilité et contrôle” (Back — mobility and control) programme.
  2. Personalise an exercise. In this example, they set two sets of eight repetitions, then enter the instruction “Gardez le dos stable.” (“Keep your back stable.”).
  3. Complete the schedule. They open the schedule, add Day 3 alongside the previously prepared Day 1 and set the durations to five minutes.
  4. Save and review. The saved schedule shows the exercises spread across the two days.

For the next part of the workflow, see how the patient accesses their programme in Théra and shares feedback.

A starting point. Your personalisation.

Open a programme ready to personalise and adapt its exercise selection to your patient's goals.

Build it with your exercises

Search the library, use the filters and add your own exercises to keep your familiar way of working.

Request an AI suggestion

From the clinical report, request exercises or a programme in one click. Check the suggestion, then keep what suits the patient.

Their exercises. Your instructions.

The programme takes shape around what you have agreed together.

  • Make instructions precise. Adjust the exercises, repetitions and instructions relevant to the patient.
  • Organise the schedule. Set the days, frequency and duration of the programme.
  • Choose the questionnaires. Add those that will help you prepare the next steps in follow-up.

The clinical report provides a starting point; your clinical reasoning and the patient's goals and constraints guide the final selection.
